The Iron Lady!...Sorry I mean Skelator!

Is anyone quite as excited as I am about Ironman 2? Have you seen the full trailer!? Wow...the bit at the end where his suit folds out and unfolds around him! I'll tell you if we could all have clothes like that it would make Monday mornings a whole lot simpler.

Anyway, thinking (not non stop, but more than is sane) about Ironman led me to one puzzling thought..."If I were a superhero, what shoes would I wear?" So to come to a conclusion I thought I would look through some superheroes and see if I could give them some shoes.

Here are the results....

Marvel's Wasp just couldn't step (or fly for that matter) outside without these Alexander McQueen beauties.

Silver Sable would defo love these Versace silver platforms...I mean, come on, what's not to love!?

And my personal fave Poison Ivy would look S##t-hot in these McQueen ankle boots...

Which leads me to a rather irregular conclusion. Has anyone ever sat down and thought about how many of McQueens shoes are actually kitting out the world's superheroes? Maybe we should keep this one a bit quiet though....but if the folks over at McQueen are reading this....I'm thinking of starting a superhero group and I will be in desperate need of these skull peeptoe pumps.
